It’s true that Saltimbocca is sometimes also written as Saltinbocca. But the way this is written, it looks like they are just going to sprinkle some salt in your mouth, ‘Roman-stye’ of course!

Heh heh… stuff like this always makes me snicker on the inside. My favourite is when the vegetarian option for “chilli con carne” is written as “veggie con carne”…

Damn, very nice website. I actually came across this on Google, and I am happy I did. I will definately be revisiting here more often. Wish I could add to the conversation and bring a bit more to the table, but am just absorbing as much info as I can at the moment.
