Along with everyelse in blogging land, I tried my hand at the no knead bread that is light on labour but requires forward planning. Crusty exterior with a nice crumb, this one also contains mixed grains.

I have yet to try this, but with each and every new post about it, I am more and more tempted! Looks good!

I ones made a Norwegian no knead bread but that looked nothing like this and was very heavy. This looks impressive and rustic and crusty yet light. I love it! Have to go and look for the best recipe. Which one did you use?

Kristen: Just plan ahead so that you have time to let it proof
Marieke: It does look pretty doesn’t it? I just used the original one but with a different flour containing grains.
Anh: Thanks! I’ve been enjoying yours too

I’ve just discovered food blogging (and I call myself a foodie?) and came accross the no knead bread - where can I find the original recipe?
