My family and I just came back from Shoya! It was highly recommended by my family who's been there for lunch. We thought the food was great, but the service was pretty shoddy. In fact we thought their sushi/sashimi was some of the best we've ever tasted, and I had that mantou oxtongue too, delicious! Re service: Our waiter was trying some serious upselling on us, and he brought out my main before our entrees! And when I said it wasn't right, he said, "but this is what you ordered". And I said, "yes, but I want it after my entree". He responded with a "the sushi kitchen is very busy tonight", to which I said, "That's not a problem, I still want my main after my entree". Oh dear.
